I got my boots last week, and overall the stitching looks really solid. The lines are even and it feels like they’ll hold up well. I did spot one tiny loose thread on the side, which isn’t a huge deal, but it did make me second-guess it a bit. I felt a little pressured to decide if I was okay with it right away, but in the end I’m still happy with them. Just not completely perfect...

I sent my order back and the boots made it to them fast, so I thought the refund would be just as quick. Nope. Welcome to the Great Refund Waiting Game. I had to follow up more than once, which got old quickly. To be fair, they did refund me in the end, so it wasn’t a full Customer Service Circus, but the slow timeline was definitely annoying

My first impression was that these boots looked really nice, and I was excited because the style was exactly what I wanted. But once I started checking the width options, it got frustrating quickly. I need a wider fit, and there just weren’t many choices available. It’s annoying because I genuinely liked the boot, but I couldn’t find a size that would actually feel right

I really wanted to like these boots, but getting them on was a struggle every time. Even my brother tried helping me with the pull tabs, and they still didn’t make much of a difference. They might work for someone else, but for me they were just too much hassle.

I got my Tony Lama boots last month and, honestly... they felt good almost right away. I wore them all day and didn’t end up with sore feet, which kind of surprised me. Yeah, I’m really happy with them.

The boots look really nice, and I do like the style, but wow, the shaft is tighter around my calf than I expected. It’s not unbearable or anything, but getting them on definitely takes some tugging and a level of patience I did not sign up for. Once they’re on, they’re okay. Shipping was fine, no issues there.

I ordered from tonylama.com and the boots got here on time, so that part was solid. The packaging was a little rough though. The outer box had some dents and one corner was smashed in, and the boot box inside was bent too, which was kind of annoying because I usually keep those. The boots themselves looked fine as far as I could tell, no real damage or anything. Overall, it was an okay experience, I guess. Not bad, but they could probably pack things a bit better.

I ordered my usual size from tonylama the fit was nowhere near what I expected. The toe area was way too tight, but somehow the heel was loose, which just didn’t add up. I even checked the size guide before buying, so reading between the lines, it feels like the online sizing just isn’t very reliable. Dealing with the return was annoying and felt like a waste of time. For what these boots cost, the fit should be a lot more accurate. I don’t think I’ll order from them online again.

I ended up ordering a pair from Tony Lama after looking around for something I could wear on longer days, the first thing I noticed was that they were a little stiff out of the box. Not uncomfortable exactly, just needed some time to loosen up. After breaking them in a bit, they started feeling much better. What I really appreciate now is the heel stability, I can wear them for hours and don’t feel wobbly or off balance. Overall they feel secure and well made. I’m giving 4 stars mainly because the fit was stiff at first, but they’ve been good once they settled in

I placed my order a full week ago and it’s still just sitting in processing. I feel a bit misled because I expected things to move along much sooner based on what was shown when I ordered. At this point, I’m just frustrated and waiting for some kind of real update
